For me, i m very on to chihaya and arata... but lately, i noticed that the manga has been very boring yeah it still going on but, when arata confessed, chihaya didn t know what to say so she ran... and when taichi confessed she reacted (maybe because he finally told him the truth) then he quit the team so she followed him and then! Taichi is the most popular male character in Chihayafuru and Suetsugu seems to have grown with Taichi. At the start of this manga Chihaya still knows nothing about her feelings but I think she now has been able to explore, and conclude what she longs for most. You see, the title of an artistic piece, be it a novel, a short-story, a painting, a musical composition, or in this case, a manga, speaks a lot about what the story is about and the theme it is trying to convey. There's currently no clue as to whether or not the third season of the anime was delayed from its initial April 2019 release because of Suetsugu's shifting finale, but that potentially could be a cause of the later October release window. Chihaya immediately runs away without giving an answer and still hasn't. Just started reading the manga (can’t wait for season 4), I would agree that the author is cruel if Taichi doesn’t end up with Chihaya :“), Chihaya—the connotative meaning of CHIHAYAFURU, Arata—the denotative meaning of CHIHAYAFURU. Even though he is rejected , I still can't say that arata will win and why i stopped reading manga after a while. Chihaya chased after him, and BOOM!! Taichi still has not revealed his feelings to Chihaya. So why should you care for my opinion? If the story doesn’t end this way, either the writer is completely cruel and twisted, or I’ve made a mistake in analyzing the symbolisms present in the story. For all you guys unnecessarily freaking out, there's a new Suetsugu interview and a non-romantic ending seems like the most likely scenario.
